Looking for a career where you can make a real difference every day? At PAC Services, we provide home and community support services for adults with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga County and Northeast Ohio. As a smaller, person-centered agency, we take pride in offering not just quality care, but also a family-like work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and respected.
Working with PAC isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to be part of a team that is truly Better Together.
As a member of the PAC Services team, you’ll play an important role in helping individuals live independently, participate in the community, and enjoy life to the fullest. Our support services include:
Meal Assistance – helping individuals prepare and enjoy meals.
Transportation – driving or assisting with rides to doctor’s appointments, therapy, shopping, day programs, and community events.
Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) – assisting with daily living tasks and personal care while supporting independence.
Community Integration Activities – joining participants in fun and meaningful outings such as bowling, concerts, movies, festivals, and sporting events.
Payee Program Support – helping manage personal funds and banking to ensure financial stability.
We want our employees to succeed. That’s why we provide training and ensure that every staff member:
Passes a background check
Completes all required state certifications
Meets or exceeds industry standards
Is fully trained and verified as a state-certified medication passer (Med Passer)
This means you’ll gain valuable skills and experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
