PAC Services offers home and community support for adults with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga County. Our services include Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC), meal assistance, transportation to appointments and community activities, shopping support, medication administration, community integration outings (bowling, movies, concerts, sporting events, festivals), and financial support through our Payee Program.

Yes. All staff undergo background checks, complete all required state certifications, and exceed industry standards. Many of our team members are also state-verified Medication Passers (Med Passers), ensuring safe and professional support.

Yes. We provide HPC transportation to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, day programs, shopping trips, employment, and fun community outings.
Our Payee Program helps individuals manage personal funds and banking. We provide responsible financial oversight to ensure bills are paid, funds are safe, and independence is supported.
PAC Services works closely with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. If you or your loved one already receive support through the Board, you can request PAC Services as your provider. If you are new to services, the Board can guide you through the eligibility process.
