Our office is located in Parma, Ohio, at 5579 Pearl Road, Suite 101, and we proudly serve families throughout Cuyahoga County and Northeast Ohio.
3. How is PAC Services different from larger agencies?

HPC stands for Homemaker/Personal Care, a service that helps individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and other tasks that support independence at home and in the community.
6. Does PAC Services provide transportation?
Yes. We provide HPC transportation to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, day programs, shopping trips, employment, and fun community outings.
7. What is the PAC Services Payee Program?
Our Payee Program helps individuals manage personal funds and banking. We provide responsible financial oversight to ensure bills are paid, funds are safe, and independence is supported.
8. How do I get services through PAC?
PAC Services works closely with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. If you or your loved one already receive support through the Board, you can request PAC Services as your provider. If you are new to services, the Board can guide you through the eligibility process.
